Sunset Cove Estates can comfortably accommodate overnight stays for up to 10 guests in three different houses with thoughtfully appointed rooms.
Sunset Cove Estates providess both shared use options for groups and exclusive use for more intimate gatherings. We also offer long-term leasing.

Sunset Cove Estates makes available to its guests, our 22 foot electric Duffy Bay Island boat for small harbor cruises.
The Estate also owns a private yacht, Northern Light. The yacht may be used for extra sleeping space or for charters around The Sound for an additional fee.

The Sunset Cove Estates’ main house offers a luxurious 2 bed/3 bath residence with a spacious kitchen perfect for preparing meals or for your caterer/chef.
